This is the second Japanese black pine I bought from plantshub. Both plants were very healthy despite courier delays. Healthy plans and good packaging. Thank you!

good

Fast service

Received healthy plants. I can't be more satisfied

Good

Packaging was good and shipping was fast. Good service.

I have ordered several times from Plantshub and it has been always a great experience, right from exploring to ordering till delivery of the plants.

Healthy plants came and nicely packed along with an instruction leaflet. The love and care for plants reflects in PLANTSHUB's service.

Smooth transition and no technical glitch found till now. Overall user interface is good.

I am very happy to receive all plants in healthy condition. This organisation always reverts back in case of any inquiry or doubt. Previously also received healthy plants. Thank you

The plant was received in a healthy condition and it was same as advertised.

Brilliant plant

immaculate packaging. i have only bought plants from ugaao so far and the difference in packaging between ugaao and plantshub is day and night! you’ve earned a loyal customer… will be buying my future plants from you

Very fresh and beautiful plant delivered

Plants were very healthy and in good packaging. This was my second order from them. Great service. Thank you plants hub !

My first time ordering from the website and it did not disappoint, in fact it surpassed my expectations also , very user friendly interface that has relevant information on the plants

Healthy plants and well packed. Very happy with my purchase

I have tried growing this plant twice ...everytime to begin with the plant was in a dicey state from receiving it...although doubtful I ordered nanouk from this site after seeing the reviews...but the plant I got is as good as one which I can get from a store directly...and it's been almost 4 days it is as healthy as I got...this time I think I'd grow this plant healthy..thanks for the good service!

Very healthy and Big amount of bunch of plant received. Very genuine online saler. Must to Belive on Plantshub

Website could be improved 1.list of previous orders could be made available for view and 2.order status whether it is being processed, done or shipped could be intimated. Various size options to choose from.Temperature conditions where the plants will survive or not are mentioned in the site. Great packaging and timely delivery.

Website was easy to browse through and delivery was early. And Packaging was good👍🏼.

I am overall happy with the Website and the Delivery but not so happy with Customer Service as I couldn't find any way to connect with the customer service the only thing available was Chat Bot which was not helpful at all

I had an excellent experience everytime ordering from Plantshub, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. This store sets a high standard for online plant shopping. From the quality of service to the attention to detail in packaging to prompt and well coordinated delivery, everything reflects professionalism and a genuine love for plants. It’s rare to find a seller you can trust repeatedly, but this one has definitely earned it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for healthy, happy plants online.
