Refund & Replacement Terms:

Our refund and replacement policy is designed to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan, which is why we offer a full refund or replacement on any item that is received damaged or if any item is missing from the order list. To request a refund or replacement, customers must provide proof (required to make an unboxing video) after receiving the parcel and intimate within 12 hours of receiving the parcel.

If you need a refund or replacement for a product, you need to contact our customer service for assistance. Returns are not applicable for Plants due to their perishable nature. However, for Pots & Planters and other non perishable items, we do accept returns, provided request is made within 24 hours of delivery.

Once we receive the refund or replacement request for a product, we will review it, and if it meets our parameters, we will process your request and issue a refund or replacement as soon as possible. It will take seven to fifteen days for payment gateway to credit the money to the customer’s account after the refund is initiated. Refunds made through UPI apps or wallets will show up in the customer’s account within 1-2 days.


The product replacement will depend on stock availability. If you opt for a replacement of the same product and it is in stock, we will dispatch the replacement within 7 business days. You can expect delivery within the following 3-5 business days. If the same product is out of stock, you will get your money back in your bank account.

We also provide a 30-day free replacement or refund for plants that die after their delivery date.
