Your access to and  use of service is conditioned on your acceptance of and complaince with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access and use the service.

By accessing or using the Service you agreed to be bound by these Terms.If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the service.

Terms of sale

By placing order with us, you are (1) offering to purchased a product, (11) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (111) representing that all information you provided to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorised user of the payment mode provided.The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order.We retain the right to refuse any order request made by you.

Prior to our acceptance of an order, variefication of information may be required. We reserve the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept, modify or decline you order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from us, for any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typograpical or other error, if products are out of stock but not yet updated in stock inventory, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price or products which are out of stock, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If the payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we will credit your account with full refund amount.

Terms of Shipping and Delivery

At Plantshub, we are committed to providing our customers with the best shipping and delivery service possible. We strive to meet our customers’ expectations by delivering their orders on time and in a manner that is safe and secure.

We ship all orders within 7 days of receipt of an order. All orders are shipped via a reputable courier will be delivered at home/office between 3-5 working days , and tracking information is provided for each delivery. We do our best to ensure that all orders arrive in a timely manner and in the condition they were sent.

We are not responsible for any delays that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or any other issues that may arise.

Terms of Refund and Replacement

Our refund and replacement policy is designed to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan, which is why we offer a full refund or replacement on any item that is received damaged or if any item is missing from the order list. To request a refund or replacement, customers must provide proof (required to make an unboxing video) after receiving the parcel and intimate within 12 hours of receiving the parcel.

If you need a refund or replacement for a product, you need to contact our customer service for assistance.

We also offer a 15-day free replacement or refund if plants die after the delivery date.

Once we receive the refund or replacement request for a product, we will review it, and if it meets our parameters, we will process your request and issue a refund or replacement as soon as possible.
The product replacement will depend on stock availability. If the same product is out of stock, you will get your money back in your bank account.
