Place your adenium in the brightest spot available, such as a south-facing window, as they need plenty of light to thrive and flower. 

Allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings. Overwatering is the most common cause of death for these drought-tolerant plants. 

Use a well-draining potting mix to prevent waterlogging. 

During winter, you can reduce watering and let the plant go into a dormant state, storing it in a cool, dry place that stays above freezing.
